Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from Little Beau Ltd. By ordering goods from us you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.

Orders

When placing an order with us, we require your name, email address, credit/debit card number and expiry date.  Without this information, we cannot process your order or notify you of acceptance of your order.  A contact telephone number is also required so that we may contact you in the event of any problems with your order.

Once your order has been despatched, your contract with us (Little Beau Ltd) is completed.  We are unable to fulfil any obligations in the event of:

• The product you have order is not available from stock

• The inability to process your order if payment has not been received in full

• The identification of a pricing or description error

If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by email or by phone.

We reserve the right to refuse any orders made by you at any time. 

Cancellation of Contract

You are entitled to cancel your contract with us, provided you do this within 7 days of receiving the goods that you have ordered.  If you wish to cancel your order prior to despatch, please contact our helpdesk at help@littlebeau.co.uk or you can call us on 01483 275141.  If your goods have already been despatched, please follow the returns procedure as set out in our returns policy.

Pricing and Description

We do our best to ensure that all prices and descriptions are correct.  We give no warranty to the accuracy of the content of this site and take no responsibility for any errors that occur.  Should we find a pricing or description error on any of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you via email or telephone to inform you. 

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. 

Delivery

We ship all orders to the UK FREE OF CHARGE!

It is risky to purchase online?   Absolutely not; Little Beau has opted to use Sagepay, one of the world's leading payment handling gateways to ensure the highest possible security of your data online.  Here is an extract from their website:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.  Any disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions and this website shall be resolved by the English courts.
